Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  1. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

  2. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to become active.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Ground Advantage | 2-5 business days after order is processed with a cost of $10.00 per order.

  • Ground | 4-7 business days after order is processed with a cost of $5.00 per order.

Delivery times are estimates and my vary depending on location, productivity, and carrier delays. We are currently on shipping in the Unites States.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team at contactus@thediamondtriad.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150.00. In addition, we run special promotions and limited-time deals throughout the year that may include free shipping on all orders, reduced rates, or exclusive perks for subscribers. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated!

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 – 30 days of delivery.

  1. Products must be unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging included.

  2. We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or customized/personalized pieces.

  3. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right, fast.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges on eligible items (subject to availability). Just let us know when you reach out, and we’ll guide you through the process. In some cases we may ask for photos of the item and or not require the item to be returned. Please follow the instructions sent in our response for your specific situation.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at contactus@thediamondtriad.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We’ll respond with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return is received and inspected.

  1. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for your refund to appear on your account.

  2. If the item is inspected and found damaged, no refund will be issued.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on eligible items. In some cases we may ask for photos of the item and or not require the item to be returned. Please follow the instructions sent in our response for your specific situation.

Delayed or Missing Refund

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Double-check your bank or credit card account

  • Contact your payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
